I have been director of a Commonhold tenure for over a decade now, and I would certainly support such a move. They bring their own problems as neighbours need to agree on the quantity and cope of services that the tenure offers, but ultimately it is cheaper, the service should be better as control lies within the building, rather than with a third party landlord looking to keep costs down and make a profit.
