There has been much talk of people rushing to the countryside and a problem for landlords filling their urban properties.
Does this research indicate that landlords are ignoring this trend? Is it simply a case of numbers, after all there are far more urban properties than countryside ones? Or maybe the city is where the bargain properties lie in the current market? After all, if you believe once the pandemic is over this trend is likely to reverse there may be big gains to be won.
